My yoga journey began after the birth of my second daughter, when I was looking for a gentle way to return to exercise. What I discovered was far more than physical movement. Through yoga, I developed a deeper appreciation of the connection between mind, body, breath and soul.
Mental health is something I feel deeply passionate about. As someone who has experienced anxiety, I understand the importance of self-care and compassion. Nurturing our wellbeing allows us to live more fully and positively, creating a ripple effect within our communities.
I began teaching Hatha Yoga in 2017 after completing my 200-hour teacher training with Jill Jones, followed by a 40-hour Yin Yoga teacher training with Denise Barlow in 2018. My yoga classes are practiced at Beech Village Hall in the Autumn, Winter and Spring, and Chawton House Rose Gardens in the Summer.
Supporting healing and balance, I am also a Reiki Master, offering this complementary therapy at Pure Therapy Rooms, in Alton.
I am currently training to become a Personal Trainer, taking a holistic approach to women’s health by building strength, resilience and confidence alongside yoga.
Time to make your soul happy 🤍

A gentle welcome back to our late summer yoga term x
